New Delhi : Delhi university administration will examine the degree of 200 students, including the newly elected president of the student union, Ankiv Baisoya . Due to the degree of controversy, a meeting of the members of the committee of the DU’s Buddhist Studies Department has been called on Monday.
In this meeting, it will be decided how to be examined and how to complete the process of checking the documents in a time bound manner. This year, 202 students enrolled in MA Buddhist Studies. The degree of graduate courses of all these students will also be examined along with the marks.
KTS Sarav, Head of the Department of Buddhist Studies, said in the interaction with Dainik Jagran that in case of Nankav, we received complaints from many people on Wednesday evening. After this we decided that undergraduate courses and other documents will be examined.
Ankit has enrolled in the MA Buddhist Studies this year. Apart from them, 201 students have also enrolled in this course. All these documents will be examined in the graduate courses. The students who have graduated from the University of Delhi or Delhi, their verification work will be done soon.
Those who have graduated from other states, will take time to examine their documents. A meeting of the committee members on Monday has been called to prepare its process. All the universities of the country will be contacted, from which these students have given documentary bachelor degrees.
