DUSU Election 12 September, 2018

DUSU Election 2018: As many as 1.35 lakh students will decide the fate of 23 candidates in the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) polls. The candidates will be on their respective candidates for the post of vice president. Major Member of this election are  Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Congress’ student wing – National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), and Students Federation of India (SFI) of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M).

ABVP promises to promote sports in DU.

There will be elections for the student union on 12 september at Delhi University. Voting will take place from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm in the DU’s North and South Both Camps.

New Delhi: There will be elections for the student union on 12 september at Delhi University. Voting will take place from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm in the DU’s North and South Both Camps. In the elections of the DUSU Election, the contest will be seen between ABVP, NSUI and AISA-CYSS Alliance. For the post of President, from the NSUI, Sunny Chillar, ABVP to Ank Basaya, AISA and CYSS recognition, SFI to Akashdeep Tripathi and INSO, Preity Chauhan is contesting the election.

 

  1. Sunny Chillar

Sunny Chillar is the candidate of the DUSU President 2018 post from the NSUI. Sunny teaches at Shivaji College. Let us know that the NSUI is a Congress-backed party.

  1. Nakav Basoya

Ankit Basoya is the President Candidate of ABVP. He is studying from the Department of Buddhist Studies.

3. Abhijana
Abhijana is the President Candidate of the Aam Aadmi Party organization, CYSS and AISA. He is studying from Ramjas College. The CYSS is the Aam Aadmi Party and the Aisa Left-supported party.

  1. Akashdeep Tripathi

Akashdeep Tripathi is the President Candidate of the Student Federation of India. Akashdeep is studying with DU’s Department of Buddhist Studies. He recently accused the NSUI of assault.

Priti Chauhan is the only female candidate to be nominated for the position of the President in the election of the student union. Preeti is studying from the Capital College
